How do I register for Portal access?

Please follow the guidance listed on this document – How to register for the OIDPR DEPOTT portal.

I never received the registration email.

  • If you may have had an account before under the same email address, please use the “forgot my username” and/or “forgot my password” instructions to log-in again.
  • If you have never had an account before, please double check your email for the registration email. Please check your Junk and Spam folders. If using Outlook, please look in your “Other” inbox folder. If you still cannot find the registration email anywhere, please email OIDPRDataManagement@cdph.ca.gov to have the portal registration email re-sent to you.
  • If you had an account under a previous email address, such as if you were a contractor and had an account under your contracting agency email and are now a CDPH employee or if you had a name change which changed your email address, you will receive a new portal registration email. Portal registration is linked to your email address so you will need to register with your new email address. Your profile will be updated on the back end by the Data Management Team with your new information.

I forgot my username and/or password.

How do I update the Trainings I have completed?

The DEPOTT portal allows for logged-in users to self-attest to having completed their trainings and allows them to upload their certificates of completion. CDPH staff and contractors will find a list of their trainings under Workforce Staff Details, My Training Details. Follow the instructions found on the My Training Details page.

How do I enter my respirator (N95) information?

After logging-in, please click on your name on the right side of the menu bar, from the dropdown select “Profile”. Scroll down to the Respirator Info section, add the Date of the Last Fit Test and Respirator Type, and select “Update”.

How do I change my password?

After logging-in, please click on your name on the right side of the menu bar, from the dropdown select “Profile”. On the left-hand side of the screen you’ll see the option to “Change password”. Click on that box and you’ll be brought to a page where you can change your password.

If you're unable to log-in at all, please email OIDPRDataManagement@cdph.ca.gov. If you’ve logged in and are having issues with the portal or the information showing on your account is incorrect in any way, please submit a Help Desk Request under the Help and Support dropdown menu.

Please note: Help Desk Requests can only be accessed and submitted AFTER you’ve successfully logged in.
